Update on PROCOM Entry Line

The PRCA member portal is now open. You can now enter and pay any invoices through your portal. You can also contact member records to process payments and memberships (719-528-4747). Callbacks for rodeos entered through the on-line portal will now be available through the on-line portal.

Callbacks for rodeos entered the week of July 24th can now be seen through your member portal.

All entry fees which were due during the time the member portal was down will be due by Midnight, Wednesday, Aug. 2nd.

For any rodeo where on-line entries had opened prior to July 20th but closed on July 20th or after, we DO NOT have that record. You must enter through the online portal during the newly established entry window.

Regarding Ladies Breakaway: Rodeos where the original entries have not passed, the breakaway will stay separate from the rodeo. For Rodeos where entries are being rescheduled, the breakaway entries will be the same as the rodeo entries.

Please note: There maybe a lapse in the data that feeds to your member portal. All of the rodeos that were processed through Procom Entry line this week may not reflect in online callbacks or be available on your member portal.

Re-Entries and trades deadlines for all rodeos will be as posted in the PRCA Business Journal for the respective rodeo.
